Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process was pretty easy even though it took a bit of time. I enjoyed talking with the hiring manager and the other team members; they were all really nice and articulate. The interview questions were spot on, relating to my previous experience and the requirements of this customer support job.

The first interview was with the senior director, who was the hiring manager. A week after, I followed up via email to inquire about my application status, asking if they planned to proceed with my application or with other candidates. I never received a response; they ghosted me.

Drove in, chatted with some team members, and got a tour of the building. Was quizzed on basic C code and algorithms. It was more behavioral than technical. It was a friendly experience overall.
