The first interview was a casual phone chat to check if we were a good fit. They did ask some specific questions to make sure I knew the industry well. The next interview was in person and more thorough in seeing what I could contribute, but it was still friendly and respectful. It felt like they were checking if AEL and I would be a good match.
It was quick and easy. Scheduling was no trouble. They didn't ask many difficult or typical interview questions, and then I got a tour of the lab.
You'll start with a pop test covering chemistry and math. Then, there's an interview with two supervisors, followed by a lab tour. The interview focuses more on personal questions, and the test isn't super important.
