Candidate-reported interview process

I had an initial call with an HR person who asked if it was a good time to chat. They inquired about my experience and my reasons for wanting to join the company. Following that, I was asked to come in for a computer-based assessment covering basic math and English skills. On the same day, I had a one-on-one interview with a female supervisor, which felt quite relaxed and easygoing.

I had 2 phone interviews, the first was with the HR Director from the Corporate office in Tennessee. Then I had 2 more interviews, separately, with the site Director in Sacramento.

I got referred by the employment development office and went to the company. After filling out the application, I took a skills test. Then, I think I had an interview with HR. Next, I was scheduled to come back for another interview at the call center, and they showed me around the business. When I returned, I met my team leader and sat with an employee to listen to calls. I believe I then went through two weeks of training, starting in a classroom and then moving to the floor with a training supervisor. Once the supervisor felt I was ready, I was placed on a team.
