So I got this recommendation from Monster.com to apply to ABA and after checking out their website, I decided to see what they were all about. The interview process had three steps: a quick first interview, then a longer second one, and right after that, a brief third interview. The first interview was mainly about figuring out my personal goals and if I had the drive and personality they were looking for. The second interview went into more detail about my qualifications. The third was just a fast face-to-face with the company president.
I applied through linkedin and got contacted within a week. HR called me for some initial questions over the phone to see if it was a good fit. Then I had 2 interviews with management before getting hired. The first interview was about 20 minutes, and the second was a little over an hour.
I was contacted by a recruiter after I posted my resume on CareerBuilder. I was invited to come in for an interview later that week. I really liked the office location and the office itself, with a waterfall outside and a pond inside the building. I also just liked the atmosphere when I walked into their suite. I talked with Kat the administrator for about 15 minutes. She was very easy to talk to.
