Started with a phone interview, then an in-person one with the Director. The Director talked about the job expectations and salary, but it was based on a perfect scenario, not really how things work in reality. For example, salary was calculated assuming back-to-back sessions, not considering travel time or if someone cancels.
The interview process was pretty standard. They asked some brief questions, and I got a good sense of the company and the role. After hearing more, I realized it wasn't the right fit for me, but the HR team was really professional.
The interviewer was unprofessional and kept cutting me off. It wasn't really a structured interview at all, just a bunch of yes/no type questions. Right when she called, without even a greeting or introducing herself, she just asked me why I want the job.
