Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process provides a great deal of important information. It clearly communicates the job expectations. It's important to ask a lot of questions to figure out if this role aligns with your aspirations.

It was a two-round process, and honestly, the questions they asked felt like they were just going through the motions and didn't really care about the answers. It was like they were just ticking boxes. What I really didn't like about this position is that there's no base salary, meaning you could work all week and still end up with no pay.

The process was smooth, starting with a phone screening and then two video meetings. They asked about my background and management experience. It seemed too good to be true, and I later learned it was an MLM company doing door-to-door sales, though no details about that were disclosed during the interview.
