The interview was conducted remotely. Questions were specifically about academic background, particularly the PhD, including research areas, projects undertaken, academic publications, and skills gained during the PhD.
The process is quite lengthy and involves several interviews. Initially, I had a call with what seemed to be a Novartis consultant, and the interview was in English. Afterward, I went through several rounds with HR personnel and the department head. Just when it seemed like everything was progressing well, they informed me that the offer was on hold until October and that they'd be in touch because they liked my profile. However, I never heard back from them. While the people I spoke with were very pleasant, the overall process felt rather tedious.
Groupe associé à Novartis. First interview with Novartis with diverse and varied questions. The only disturbing thing is that they are not aligned with Novartis on benefits, then ADACAP with HR, then with the manager.
