I was hired by Adecco and the whole process from the first phone call to getting the offer took under a week. I met with the VP on-site. It was a pretty simple interview process with typical questions.
Initially contacted by a technical recruiter via phone to confirm my resume details. The very next day, the recruiter called again to schedule my interview at Advanced. I then met with the hiring manager, who is also a VP given the company's size. She went over my resume point by point. She also talked about the company's background, what they focus on, and why they're looking for drafters. She was really nice and knew a lot about the telecom industry, the company, and its employees. The interview lasted about an hour. The day after that, the recruiter called to offer me the job.
I was asked about 2 pages of questions at the Adecco office in Austin. The whole thing didn't take long, maybe about 30 minutes total.
