They reach out and do a phone interview first. Then you talk to a regional manager. If you do well, you interview with the sales director. If you pass that, you get an offer.
It was a quick interview, including a brief building tour. The people seemed positive, but the employees not so much. The interviewer spoke very quickly and seemed disengaged. The job description was barely covered, and the assistant rushed through information on raises, which turned out to be untrue.
Had a one on one interview with the branch manager. They asked standard questions about my past job duties, my knowledge of the CSRA area, my attendance, and my supervisory style. They also did some basic skills testing, covering math, spelling, and general knowledge.
