Candidate-reported interview process

The first step was a phone interview where they asked about my availability and experience working with people with disabilities. They wanted to confirm I'm comfortable working with adults and how my past experiences would benefit this new role.

The interview was conducted remotely because of the distance. Two supervisors were present during the interview. They were very thorough and accommodating. The administration has changed since then, but they still use BST examples and scenarios. They were concerned with my needs as well as those for clients.

Got a call to set up an interview. I interviewed with one person and they asked mostly situational questions about how I would handle client situations. Then, I was called back two days later for a second interview, which was pretty much just a chat with the interviewer.
