Advance Interview Questions

I was contacted by phone, then filled out their standard form, and had an interview. After that, I was called for an interview at the company I would work for as a third step. Whenever I needed a response, it was quick, and they were always helpful.

I had a phone interview, then a 3-hour onsite interview. The onsite was split into 30-minute sessions with different people from risk management. A C-level exec was in one of the sessions.

I met with three of the HR team / colleagues who each met with me for approximately 30 minutes each. Each asked questions to understand my skills and experience with regard to the role. Their questions were formalized although some asked the same questions as the previous interviewer.
