The interview was layed back. The interviewer told me I would be inputting highly sensitive information on clients with disabilities. She told me THERES a law called HIPPA that u must follow.
HR got in touch to talk about the job, then I was invited to come in for a technical interview and to meet with the managers and HR at the office. After that, there was a general overview of the company and a technical part.
Easy interview process. Standard for the job. I went in thinking I was interviewing for a supervisor position which I was told I would get in 6 months, but I worked there for 2 years and never got my promotion.
