Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a phone interview, and then a Zoom meeting with the Regional manager. The recruiter and regional teams were polite and enthusiastic, making the process smooth. The regional manager was classy and knowledgeable. After being hired, HR handled the onboarding process efficiently.

The hiring process was quite lengthy and a bit drawn out. You should expect to answer typical interview questions and participate in some role-playing scenarios. It's important to be friendly and outgoing. They will ask about your experience with handling cash and might ask you to simulate selling products or making collection calls.

The interview process was efficient and organized. I have nothing negative to express about it, but that it was well put together. I can't wait to venture out into a new career and find my purpose in life.
