The recruiter was nice, but the interview process was unprofessional and inconsiderate overall. The salary offered didn't match the role. The hiring managers were Junior VPs from retail, not wholesale or grocery backgrounds, so experienced candidates should probably avoid this role. The relocation and overall package were just average, with weak compensation bands and employer contributions.
It was a pretty simple interview process. The person interviewing me was really nice and it felt like a conversation. The stages included a phone screen, an interview with the manager, and then a panel interview. It took about two weeks after applying to get a response about whether I was qualified.
The Inventory Manager was late, showing up 30 minutes into the interview. He then took over from his supervisor and started micromanaging the interview. He ended up asking questions unrelated to the job, focusing instead on my career path versus what was needed for the actual role.
