The interview process was really disorganized and unconventional. I met with several people from different teams. Nobody seemed prepared, and they were frequently late. The interviews happened at odd, unscheduled times. It felt like there was a general lack of respect and attention.
Applied online. Had an initial phone interview, followed by a Zoom interview. The process was pretty smooth and didn't take too long. I got to chat with HR and the design manager. It was a really pleasant experience overall; the communication felt personal and everyone was super nice. I got an email rejection with some personalized feedback from my interviews.
The process was intense and very thorough, with lots of interviews over a few months. It was time-consuming, and I actually found another position while waiting for this one to complete. I did really enjoy connecting with the managers though.
