It wasn't stressful and felt pretty relaxed. The interviewers were really nice and I felt a good connection with them. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview. I had two interviews: a casual phone chat and then a more formal video meeting.
A panel of interviewers took turns asking me questions, and then I had a chance to ask them questions. I should be ready with some performance-based questions. The whole thing took about 40 minutes. If things go well, they get back to you pretty quickly about moving forward.
It was a quick process, and they asked great questions, really caring about the quality of applicants. They asked for real-life examples to show my experience and approach. It was friendly and very conversational. After the interview, I waited about a week before getting offered a position. Once I was hired, HR contacted me right away to start the paperwork. It was a great formal process. They paid for all screenings and background checks.
