Candidate-reported interview process

So I had a recruiter call first, then went into a more direct interview. It was pretty much professional, asking me about networks, switches, and C++ stuff. One of the C++ questions involved coding the Blackjack game.

After the initial CV screening, there was a single in-person meeting with the team. No automated or programming tasks were given. Instead, the meeting involved discussing my experience and side projects. While the response time was quick, the overall hiring process was slow. Interestingly, I ended up joining a different team with a different tech stack than initially discussed.

An HR rep reached out to me via job sites. The interview process consisted of a coding round, followed by two design rounds, and then we discussed benefits. Each round was approximately 45-60 minutes long.
