I went to a Co-op fair at my university and interviewed with them and 6 other companies. Then I was invited to Huntsville for a second in-person interview and a tour. A current intern gave the tour. It wasn't stressful at all. I met a lot of the other interns and the recruiting coordinator made me feel comfortable. I got an offer but turned it down.
So, the interview had four parts: first, there was a written test covering Java and quantitative aptitude, then two technical interviews, and finally an HR interview. To pass the interviews, you needed to know about networking, have intermediate Java/Python skills, and be good at problem-solving. If you know basic Java and do some competitive programming, it's pretty straightforward.
So it was like a one day thing, I met with maybe 3-5 people? It started off in the morning, then I had like one or two technical rounds with engineers, then some partial technical and experience questions with managers. After lunch, we did a short tour of the facilities and the products they developed. It all ended with HR.
