Applied online and a recruiter called me within a week to screen me. Then I had a virtual interview with the supervisor where we talked about customer scenarios and metrics. The final step was an in-person interview with the team lead. I got the offer emailed to me the very next day, it was quick.

ADT Solar had a great interview process for the Solar Sales Specialist position in Houston, TX. It was a fast and easy process, with paid training included. A quick start date was offered shortly after the interview and training process.

The interview went great, the interviewer said I was qualified and cant wait to hear more from me. And then I get an email saying I didnt get the job. So why say you cant wait to hear more from me?
