Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty straightforward, involving three distinct interviews. Some questions were quite creative and unexpected. The people I interacted with were all very pleasant and easy to get along with, creating a friendly atmosphere.

It was a pretty typical interview process, except they wanted an onsite interview even though the job is remote. The onsite part was a group interview with 3 employees and 1 candidate.

It was a fair and thorough process. I talked to a bunch of people on the team. It started with a recruiter phone screen, then I met with a Director, some folks from the Account Management team, and more leaders.
