Candidate-reported interview process

This process was subpar. Doing a "1-way interview" is a pretty good indicator of what kind of company this is if they don’t want to take the time to talk to you in person.

They asked me about where I worked before. And if I knew about the company. Also, what projects I'd done in the past. They also asked about my current salary.

It was an interview panel with about five directors. You definitely need to be ready for all kinds of questions. I was a bit nervous and feel like I didn't answer as well as I could have. It's pretty tough to get hired there.
