Candidate-reported interview process

So first, they look at your resume to see if you've got the experience, skills, and projects they need. If it looks good, you'll get a call from a recruiter, usually about 15-30 minutes. They'll chat about your background, why you're interested, how you communicate, your salary needs, and when you can start. After that, it's usually a technical check, which could be a coding test online or a live coding session. This is to see if you can solve problems, if you write clean code, and if you know your algorithms and data structures. They might use platforms like HackerRank or Codility, or just share screens with an engineer.

They pushed candidates to an on-site interview. They sent multiple emails on consecutive days. I have never seen employers like that, so I did some research. Looks like they are looking for a salesperson rather than a marketing person.

They brought in a ton of people and held a group interview type session where they took turns shuffling people in and out as quickly as possible. It was very unprofessional and not personable at all. It didn't seem like they took much time reviewing resumes.
