So first, I had this in-person interview with the VP of Digital Sales and two Regional Sales Leaders. Then, the next part was a role-playing thing with those same two Regional Sales Leaders. Both parts were pretty solid, interactive and actually about the job.
The process was pretty quick and easy. First, there was a phone screening, and then I got called in for a full interview. It lasted about 60-90 minutes. I was interviewed by a panel of the senior and mid-level leadership. Then I had to do a role play cold call.
There were 4 rounds in total. The first was a written round with aptitude, reasoning, and English, plus 3 coding questions. Then there were TR1, TR2, and an HR round. All rounds were knockout and took place on the same day.
