Candidate-reported interview process
Started with a recruiter call, then an intro call with the VP. After that, there was a panel interview with the hiring managers. The final step was a role play session with both the hiring managers and the VP.
The interview process was a bit rough. Some of the employees seemed disengaged, a few were on their phones or computers during the interview. One interviewer seemed annoyed to be there from the start.
I think there were 3 interviews total. First was just an informational chat. Then I talked to an HR Manager, and after that, the Regional Director. They asked a lot about how I handle fast-paced work and multitasking. There was also a test and a really thorough background check.
