First I had a phone call with a recruiter, then a Microsoft Teams meeting interview. After the interview, I tried to reach out to multiple people, specifically the recruiters I spoke with, two weeks later but no one ever responded. It was pretty unprofessional. I don't expect to hear back from them.
To start, take a look at the job description and tell us how your experience lines up, like with accounts payable, Excel, or construction accounting basics. You should be prepared to talk about your accounting background, why you're interested in A&P, and how you manage tasks like data reconciliation or talking to vendors. A&P cares a lot about culture fit and professionalism, so just be yourself, but make sure you're ready.
Had one interview. I sent a thank you email afterwards. I followed up via email but didn't get a response, so I think they could communicate better. The interviewer was very nice. It's a big company, but the marketing team is small.
