So the interview was a online skype call since the job is remote, and then there were like 4 or 5 rounds of editing exercises. I'd do some editing, get feedback, then edit again based on that feedback for the next round. After all that, they offered me the job.
Had a quick Skype chat that was pretty informal, then went through a paid training period that lasted a few weeks. This training served as both my learning experience and a test to see if my editing skills matched Admissionado's standards.
Started with a phone/skype chat about Admissionado and seeing if I'd fit in. Then came a long screening phase: they give you an essay to edit in 48 hrs, then they review it and give feedback. This keeps going until they accept or reject you.
