The interview was question-based but felt very conversational. You should be ready with examples for situation-based questions and also have some questions prepared to ask. Make sure to review the role responsibilities too.
Great interview process! I met a lot of the team I would be working with and it was conducted online. I really enjoyed meeting everyone throughout the whole process and everyone was super nice.
I had a month-long interview process with Admiral Insurance Group with three rounds. It started with an interview with Berkeley, then the HR Manager at the location, and finally some folks from the HR Team. My third interview got postponed for reasons unknown, which felt like a red flag given it was just an internship. They seemed to really want experience, asking about insurance clubs, HR courses, and HR software, which was surprising for an internship. The whole thing felt unprofessional, especially when one interviewer joked about hiring me, only to get a generic rejection letter later. Very disappointing.
