So, they told me about the process of planning a media campaign, and how they're a data-driven team. They said they'd get back to me the next day, but yeah, never heard back.
The interview process had 4 rounds with staff. You should be ready to talk about your previous work experience and your interest in media. Also, it's a good idea to discuss challenges you've faced and how you overcame them. The interviews were pretty conversational overall.
My interview experience at Admerasia was not good. The first interview was okay, but the whole process was messy and communication was bad. After waiting a lot, my second interview was very disappointing. One interviewer did not show up, and another was late, seemed uninterested, and spoke English so badly I couldn't understand the questions. It was awkward and annoying. I followed up many times but heard nothing back for over a month. When they finally responded, it was short and not helpful. The whole thing felt unprofessional, disorganized, and poorly communicated, leaving a bad impression. If you're interviewing here, expect delays, communication issues, and unprofessional behavior.
