I had a phone screen and then an in-person interview. The phone screen covered the basics about requirements and qualifications. The in-person interview was with about 7-9 people, some remote and some in the office. They asked a lot of questions and hypotheticals to see if I was a good fit.
My experience was great, HR was really warm and kind to me. Their friendliness really showed the welcoming atmosphere of the company. I liked the positive interaction and it shows the company's values. It made a good impression and I want to be part of such a supportive environment. All in all, it was a nice experience and I'm still interested in joining the team.
We had an initial phone call where I introduced myself and talked about the tech I know. Then the HR person told me about the company. They asked about my preferred salary and my availability to start. The next step is an onsite interview.
