Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process has 3 rounds: one phone call, one virtual interview, and one in-person interview. It seems like things aren't very well organized over there. There's no specific recruiter handling things, it's just the team members, and they take a very long time to respond.

It was a pretty standard application process. First, they sent over a writing task for me to complete. After that, I had a virtual interview with two medical writers. Finally, I had an in-person interview at their office with either two senior medical writers or a director.

Started with an initial screening call, then another interview. After that, there was a take-home project and I had to submit writing samples. The project was confusing, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to just fix it or significantly expand it.
