The interview process was fast and to the point, and the recruiter kept in touch throughout. There were 4 interviews total, including the initial phone screen. Everyone I spoke with was engaged and clear about what the company is looking for.
So, there were two interviews, and then I'm waiting to hear back about what else needs to be done. I had to fill out another application too. They mentioned cross-training, but I guess I just have to wait for the whole process to finish.
Communication and respect of my time was lacking. I was told I was selected for an onsite interview, after a week of silence I emailed the coordinator and they responded after a couple more days. It took another week to confirm and get an agenda. Once it was scheduled and hotel booked, they cancelled the interview after 3 hours stating to the recruiter, they were “restructuring”. I tried to confirm with the coordinator and she never responded to my email. If this is how they treat potential new hires, how do you think they will treat you as an employee. Interviewing with the hiring manager was great, he had good questions and provided great answers to my questions.
