Candidate-reported interview process

The process was slow and I had to follow up a lot. There were like 2-3 week breaks between each step, which was annoying and made me feel discouraged. They should really speed things up if they want to hire good people.

I had an initial chat with the hiring manager, then went on to have some panel interviews. The people I met were all very nice and professional. They also explained well why they were looking to hire for this position. Overall, a really good experience.

The process was very fluid and well-structured. The hiring manager was very clear about the role. The HR person seemed nice and genuinely concerned about finding the right fit. It seems like a good work environment.
