I had an interview the day after a career fair. It was very short, and I spoke with the same people I met at the fair. I was not happy with how the interview went. I dressed professionally and was ready, but they acted like they didn't want me there, which was confusing. One person seemed like I was wasting his time.
I interviewed at school, starting with initial contact at the career fair and a follow-up at the career center. I was selected for a final interview with upper management within 48 hours. They flew me to Indiana for a field interview at a local grain elevator. The travel arrangements, including flights and hotel, were excellent. Getting between the airport, hotel, and the interview site via hired shuttle was a bit of a hassle (not ADM's fault, but the shuttle service's). Lunch was provided, and a friendly manager gave me a tour of the facility. I then met with three managers who asked open-ended questions without much prompting. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
I first interviewed after a career fair, and they offered me a second interview a few weeks later. They're flying me to Decatur, Illinois for it and covering my housing and food. The first interview wasn't too tough, just the usual "get to know you" questions.
