The people I spoke with were really friendly and seemed keen on making sure the role was a good fit for me too, not just for them. I chatted with them at the career fair, and they scheduled an interview for the very next day. I ended up getting a job offer just 1-2 days later.
It was a full day interview. They took me around the site with a realtor. There were some 1-1 interviews, and then a panel interview. I talked with the engineering manager, HR, and department superintendents. It wasn't very technical; they seemed more focused on safety and culture, which in hindsight was a bit of a warning sign about issues they had with both.
I had an on-campus interview with some young engineers. It was pretty informal and they gave me advice about the job. The vibe was relaxed. The role itself didn't seem that exciting, so I wasn't too bummed about not getting an offer.
