Candidate-reported interview process

I only had one interview with the supervisor. I thought it was fair and not over the top. My supervisor only asked what was necessary for the internship, nothing more.

The interview process was really smart, with a good interview structure. It was great to be part of a group of excellent candidates, and I felt a lot of respect from the team. It's a solid and cohesive company.

I went to a career fair at my university and they called me back for an in person interview. After that, an HR person called me to let me know I got the job, as long as I passed a background check and drug screening. The interview focused a lot on safety and maintenance and reliability, among other things. They are highlighting these as initiatives in recent years.
