Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a phone interview, then had breakfast with HR, and finally an on-site with a few team members. Everyone was really nice and welcoming, seems like a good place to work with a good team.

I went through a few rounds talking with different leaders from various business units. They were pretty open to talking about lots of different stuff and didn't always stick to a set list of questions. A lot of the time was spent just discussing the thought process behind how I made decisions.

It was a typical engineering interview, and the questions were what I expected. I thought the interview opportunity was great. I interviewed with several people from the company. The interview was professional and not overly personal.
