Candidate-reported interview process

Started at the University career fair, met some auditors, handed in my resume. Applied online. Three weeks later, got invited for a daylong job interview at their site. Interviewed with six auditors and did a case study with other applicants and an employee. Got a job offer about a week later.

It was a full-day interview process with many managers and employees. Lunch was included, and it was a good chance to learn more about ADM. The questions were typical interview questions.

Had a really friendly chat. First, I had a phone call with the person who would be my manager and supervisor. Then, there was a conference call with management in Decatur. It's good that management gets involved in hiring. The people asking questions were all knowledgeable, showed respect, and were happy to answer anything.
