It was three stages. First HR, then with the admissions head, then with three people from the admissions team. I was rejected in the third interview. They didn't even respond to me after the third interview!
Started with a phone screen with HR, then had two rounds of interviews. The first round was with the entire admissions team. The second round was a presentation to the admissions team where I had to do a hypothetical 'open house' for prospective students.
This was one of the better interview processes I've been through! I was asked relevant questions about my interest in the role, my existing knowledge of Adler, and my motivations. Throughout the process, the Talent Acquisition team provided prompt follow-ups, and I never felt ignored when I had questions via email. Interviewing with the team was the best part, as it was both personal and professional--I genuinely had no negative experiences with the whole process, which was rare in my job search.
