I applied online and heard back about 4 weeks later for the first interview, which was a 30-45 minute video call. The second interview was at Adler and involved a presentation and Q&A with a panel. They hinted that some questions might be in Spanish because the job needs someone who speaks it. I got rejected 2-3 weeks after the second interview.
After applying online, candidates who meet the initial interest criteria are invited to a group interview held at the Adler. This interview lasts approximately 2 hours and involves group activities with other candidates, rather than a traditional Q&A format.
It was a quick, easy process. I was contacted right away and had a phone chat later that week. The phone interview was pretty short, like 10 minutes. We just talked about my resume and background. Then I went in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and the team. After that, there was another interview, and they made me an offer right at the end of that second one.
