The interview process was fast and straightforward. The staff were welcoming and I had no issues with them. They made me feel at ease and I could ask them anything I wanted. I'd certainly suggest this to other people.
The hiring process was very transparent and clear about the targets for improvement in the plants. They described the company's products, expectations, challenges, and had a lot of good dialogue with the team! The website for applying for the job was very easy to go through, and the HR lady was very polite when asking questions and checking my experience!
The interview described the coordination/supervision role, but in practice, it's an analyst position. They also mentioned the organizational climate was very good, but in reality, it's terrible. The process was handled by the area manager, director, and HR. In terms of organization, it was fine, the real issue is the lies they tell to hire a candidate.
