The interview experience was good and informative. The panel was calm and receptive. The focus was on core engineering subjects and industrial experience. It's advisable to avoid overly technical terms if you prefer a straightforward discussion.

The process was entirely on-campus. It started with an online assessment (OA) link, and about half the candidates were eliminated there. Next was a group discussion (GD), where another 50% of the participants were filtered out. Finally, there was an interview round, and from the 8 people who reached this stage, only 3 were selected.

It was a normal difficulty process, mostly requiring core knowledge in my engineering domain, which was Electrical engineering for me. It included a technical test, a psychometric test, and an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion, and then a technical and HR interview.
