The interview process started directly with user interviews. It's a basic intern interview, mostly discussing portfolios, existing knowledge, and how one would contribute as an intern. There were a few problem-solving cases, but they were still at a baseline level.

The interview wasn't too difficult, it mostly included basic questions related to the job. The interview was conducted via Microsoft Teams. I was asked about the role of a Quality Assurance professional, SCRUM, and similar topics.

Interview was straightforward, with no user testing or complex salary negotiation. Both the candidate and HR were punctual for a relaxed interview that concluded in under an hour, without any pressure.
