I applied online and heard back from HR and the principal scientist after two weeks. The interview went well, with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. They said they'd make a decision within a week, but I never heard back. It seems like they ghosted me, similar to what others have commented about recruiters not responding. I guess this is their way of rejecting people silently.
I applied and got a call back about 3 weeks later to schedule an interview with HR and the hiring manager. The interview was pretty standard, asking about my past experience and why I'm interested in this role. They mentioned I'd hear about the next steps within a week, but after two weeks with no response, I sent a follow-up. Still no reply, which is pretty unprofessional.
The interview process was efficient and thorough, highlighting all aspects of the company. I was able to see and get a feel for the research in all departments. It included several different interviews, including a technical interview.
