The hiring process was a typical 3-step one. It kicked off with a phone interview that went really well. Then, they arranged an interview with around 6 people from the engineering, products, and support departments. This part lasted about 3 hours. A few days later, there was a final interview with Engineering Leads and Management. They extended an offer within 2 days after the whole interview process wrapped up.
I had a phone chat, then a Sparkhire video interview, and finally two in-person interviews. They asked about my skills, what I've done before, and if I'd fit in with the team. Everyone I met was really nice and did a good job explaining the job and the company. Seeing the office and meeting people made me feel like this would be a great place to work, and fun too.
The interview process was great and lasted a couple of hours. It was more conversational than an interrogation and I spoke with two people.
