The interview process began with a phone screen from the hiring manager, followed by a lengthy panel interview with the team lasting about 3 hours. After that, there was an HR screen. No presentation was part of the process. The communication during the interview stages was really disorganized, especially with the recruiter. I got less than 24 hours notice for my panel interview and then they missed a scheduled call. The job posting had an incorrect pay range; I was offered the lowest end, and the recruiter said that's the most they could do, which matches Glassdoor but felt misleading.

It was a pretty standard panel interview. It was only about 2.5 hours long, which felt a bit short. They gave me a nice swag bag on my way out.

I usually take reviews with a grain of salt so the bad reviews here didn’t really discourage me from applying. Turns out that this company does need to resolve some problems. I had a phone interview with the recruiter and it actually went well. She scheduled a follow up interview with the hiring manager. I waited around for the call during the allotted time, but no one ever called me. Afterwards I emailed the recruiter and I have not received a response from her or the hiring manager. I would’ve rescheduled if the hiring manager was busy or something, but no one ever contacted me. Very unprofessional.
