I had a phone call interview and it felt good. The interviewer was super friendly and professional. We connected because it seemed like the company's main goal and my passion was helping people and giving awesome customer service.
The interview process focused on reviewing your job description and discussing your past experience with medication therapy management (MTM). Unlike many pharmacist interviews, there were no scenario-based questions. Overall, it's important to be friendly and personable, as much of the work involves phone communication, so a good customer service voice is highly beneficial.
It was an easy interview, they didn't ask much and seemed like they just needed to fill spots without caring about a good fit. Overall, super easy, no behavior questions at all.
