The interview process at Adfero was efficient and respectful of my time. It was well-organized, with clear communication throughout, and each stage felt purposeful. Got in touch with HR through a former coworker, and the first call went great. The HR director knew a lot about the company culture and the job itself - you could tell she really enjoyed working there. After that, I had a Zoom meeting with a VP, followed by an in-person meeting with the Chief of Staff. Everyone was great, and it seemed like they were looking for someone who would fit the culture, not just based on job experience. It showed a lot about their values!
