Candidate-reported interview process

So first, they asked about my background and what I could contribute to the position. Then, they wanted to know about my knowledge of Online Reputation and Crisis Management. After that, I had to do a pretty simple assignment focused on data visualization.

The wait time was quite long, which could definitely be improved. It's important to respect the candidate's time and factor it into the planning. They seem to plan multiple rounds, but it's not done well at the moment.

The interview process was good and the onboarding was quite smooth. The panel interview went smoothly and it took just 4 days. The induction process was good and engaging. The work culture is good and positive.
