Candidate-reported interview process

We had a few rounds of interviews with the senior leadership, the HR head, and the manager for the role. This was to make sure we both had a clear understanding of what was expected.

I cleared the interview and exam, but they tried to push me into a different department, which was a waste of my time and effort, and ultimately led to nothing. This is a very unprofessional company that doesn't value its applicants.

For campus recruitment, we have three parts: first a written test for your basic skills, then a chat with HR about how you communicate and if you fit in, and finally a panel interview to decide if you get the job.
