Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was straightforward about my experience and work, and they asked if I am a people person. It's really sales-driven. The manager is nice and frank. The office looks good and spacious. A professional firm. But it seems staff turnover is quite high.

I signed up on their portal and uploaded my CV. Then, I was selected for a role and sent in a video presentation. This led to a chat with a recruiter. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The interview was pretty standard, focusing on technical aspects and going for about an hour. The recruiter was nice and clearly explained the job, duties, and how work is done, all in a structured and professional way.
